I love meeting rockstars, they make me feel like a GIANT!! I wish Shinedown all the best as they deserve it. I've met them a few times now and they are just the coolest guys. Now run out and buy there CD's.

When I Grow Up I'm Gonna Be...

A FIREMAN!! Thanks to Shayne and the rest of the Okaloosa Island Fire Department crew for letting me in on the training. Cumulus donated the old NewsTalk1260 van (formerly the 99ROCK van) to the OIFD for training with the Jaws Of Life (spreader and cutting tool). Which meant I got to enjoy some destruction.

FOO's RULE

The show on Sunday night (1/20) was truly amazing!! The energy that bands puts out could be harnessed and used to replace burning coal. AND they're just nice guys. There's a cool write up, and pic, about the bands Dallas show at dallasnews.com. Look under the music/nightclub link.

DUDE on a Dude Ranch

My father in-law decided this past summer we'd go to Horseshoe Canyon Ranch in northwest Arkansas, VERY COOL place, for vacation. Their website is gohcr.com. This is me on my horse Tinkerbell, she was a sweetheart.
